Destination Wedding Photographer
Elsewhere,
with you.
Based in Quebec, with roots in Europe. I photograph destination weddings and elopements along the Mediterranean and in Greece, Italy and France.

Europe shaped the way I see long before Quebec became home. Photographing a wedding abroad feels less like travel and more like a return to the light I learned from.
Where I photograph
- 01
The Aegean and the Mediterranean
Terraces above the sea, whitewashed villages and long dinners outdoors. The coast I know best, and where most of my destination weddings take place.
- 02
Istanbul and the Bosphorus
A city on two continents: waterfront mansions, island ferries and evening light on the water.
- 03
Greece
Ancient stone and golden light. Athens is a natural place to elope, with the islands a short flight away.
- 04
Paris and France
Private estates, classic boulevards and the calm of a French garden at the end of the day.
- 05
Italy
Lakeside villas, hill towns and long tables under the olive trees. A natural setting for an intimate wedding or an elopement.

How it works
A wedding that
travels well.
Planning from afar
We plan over video calls with your planner: the schedule, the venue map, the sunset time and how guests will move through the weekend. Travel is quoted up front.
The day before
I arrive early enough to walk the venue, find the light and meet your planner, so the wedding day never depends on a flight landing on time.
More than one day
A welcome dinner, the wedding day and a farewell brunch can all belong to one coherent gallery, so the whole weekend is told as one story.
“The work from Cagdas is straight magic. We appreciated not only the work but the human behind it.”

Questions
Before you
travel.
01Where do you photograph destination weddings?
Most often along the Aegean and Mediterranean coast and in Istanbul, as well as in Greece, Italy and France. I am glad to travel wherever your celebration is planned.
02How do travel costs work?
Travel and accommodation are quoted up front, based on your location and dates, so there are no surprises after the wedding. I can also stay for the welcome dinner or add a day-after session.
03Do you photograph multi-day celebrations?
Yes. A welcome dinner, the wedding day, a farewell brunch and a day-after session can all be covered. We plan the coverage together so the gallery holds the whole weekend.
04Which languages do you speak?
English and Turkish, which helps with families and vendors in Türkiye. Elsewhere, I work comfortably alongside local planners and vendors.
05Do you work with destination wedding planners?
Gladly. A good planner makes the day calmer for everyone, and I share the photography timeline with them well before the wedding.
06Do you also photograph weddings in Canada?
Yes. I am based near Quebec City and photograph weddings across Quebec City and Montreal, and I welcome couples marrying in Ottawa and Toronto.
07How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, ideally as soon as your venue and date are set, because travel needs planning too. Shorter notice is always worth asking about.
