Quebec City Engagement Session

An engagement session in the middle of a year when nothing else went to plan.

Quebec City Engagement Session by Cagdas Yoldas

A walk from Chateau Frontenac to the Seminaire with a couple whose Italian wedding had just been postponed, making one good memory out of 2020.

Sarah and Rob came to Quebec City from Montreal for their engagement session. They were incredibly friendly and it felt like we knew each other for years. We felt connected right away. And getting this level of connection with a couple in such short time shows in the photos. What a sweet couple!

They say Quebec City is the most European looking city in North America. And as a photographer, I think it is a privilege for me to be in Quebec City and to be able to have this beautiful city as a background in my photos. We started the engagement session around the iconic Chateau Frontenac and we finished it at Séminaire De Québec.

This year has been tough for couples. They were forced to postpone or to cancel their weddings. Sarah and Rob were planning their wedding in Italy in 2020. Because of COVID-19 situation, they had to postpone their wedding. And this engagement session was a sweet memory for them to remember from 2020.

I think an engagement session is a beautiful way to celebrate your love during these hard times.
